Build Your Career Closing Sites

Terra-Sano is a fully integrated environmental and earthworks company where you'll see the direct results of your work. Phase 2 assessments you conduct lead to remediation projects you help execute. Reclamation plans you develop get implemented by crews you work alongside. Sites you start working on actually achieve reclamation certificates—typically within 2-3 years, rather than the industry average of 10-13.

Terra-Sano might be the career move you've been looking for.

Why Work at Terra-Sano?

You'll Develop Diverse Skills

Because Terra-Sano integrates environmental consulting with earthworks execution, you'll gain experience across the entire site restoration process.

This breadth of experience makes you more valuable, both at Terra-Sano and throughout your career.

You'll Work Across Alberta

Terra-Sano operates throughout the province. You'll work on diverse sites in different regions, gaining exposure to various ecosystems, site conditions, and regulatory scenarios. You'll develop province-wide expertise that few professionals achieve.

You'll Be Part of a Skilled, Experienced Team

Terra-Sano's team brings decades of combined experience in Alberta's energy sector. You'll work alongside environmental professionals who've managed hundreds of sites through reclamation, equipment operators who've worked in every condition Alberta can throw at them, and project managers who know how to navigate complex regulatory requirements while keeping projects on track.

You'll Actually Close Sites

The satisfaction of seeing a contaminated, abandoned well site transform into certified reclamation doesn't get old, even after hundreds of projects. At Terra-Sano, you're not just documenting problems or writing recommendations. You're part of a team that solves them.

Environmental professionals work directly with field crews. Project managers coordinate work they can actually control. Equipment operators oversee sites from decommissioning through final restoration. Everyone contributes to tangible outcomes.

You'll Adapt and Grow With the Industry

The Alberta energy industry has faced significant challenges over the past decade and will continue to evolve. Terra-Sano has adapted by becoming more efficient, investing in specialized capabilities, and developing innovative approaches to site restoration.

Working here means being part of a company that anticipates industry changes and positions itself to deliver what producers actually need: cost-effective, efficient site closure.
